Refund Policy
This policy describes how refunds and returns will work once sales begin. No payments are currently collected through this website.

This website is in launch preparation and does not currently accept orders or collect payments. The policy below applies once sales begin.
Damaged or defective items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask for photographs to assess the issue.
Print-on-demand limitations
Because many products may be made to order, returns for buyer’s remorse may be limited once production begins. We are generally unable to accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are damaged or defective.
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@generalfieldlabs.com.
- Include your order number.
- Include clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Review and refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, original shipping charges may not be refundable except where required by law.
