Shipping Policy

This website does not currently accept orders. The terms below apply once sales begin.

Because many products may be made to order, items may require a production period before they ship. Estimated production and dispatch times will be shown at the time of ordering.

Shipping carriers may vary depending on destination, product, and fulfillment partner. The carrier used for a given order may differ from order to order.

Tracking information will be provided when available, sent to the email address associated with your order.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided with an order.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.

International shipping may be limited and may not be available to all destinations. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
